My plan was to create a blog post about the upcoming hair style’s for spring. I asked the owner of the Beauty shop, Misty Mickleson, if I could interview her and tap into her expertise:)
As we began to talk I asked her about the new trends, and what she said amazed me.
She said, “there are a lot of trends out there for the upcoming season, but we here at the Beauty shop don’t want to focus on just a few trends. We want to create a hair style that is perfect for each individual client, taking into account their personality, face shape, available time to style, and hair type. It is not our goal to give clients just the upcoming fashion, but to give them something that is unique and modern for them individually and works for their lifestyle”….WOW!
How many stylist take the time to get to know their clients well enough to know what style suits them and their situation, and doesn’t just do what they want with your hair?
